Shipping Information
Order Processing
We endeavour to process all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your items have been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few select remote regions. Please see the two shipping options available at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Cost: £12.95
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchange process within a 15-day window.
Returns Timeframe
You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return:
- Contact Our Support Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization: We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping the item back to our warehouse.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your return authorisation email. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:
- Chainsaws with any signs of fuel or oil use.
- Brushcutters & Strimmers with cutters or blades that show any signs of wear.
- Opened containers of lubricants, fuels, or other consumables.
- Any item not in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong item) or the product is defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Delivery Time: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different model or size, please follow the standard return process. Once we receive your return, we will process your new order. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
